Special Features:

Solid Waste generate in various type of Animal and Human waste, treatment rooms and laboratories arising out of cotton wastes, bandages, floor sweeping waste, basket etc. besides containing decomposable organic materials and varying amount of water also contain a vide variety of pathogenic micro organism. One of the best method of disposing of such waste for the purpose of pollution free environment is to burn the waste materials cleanly. To prevent secondary generation of toxic pollution, it becomes essential to eliminate certain potential hazardous waste and installation of proper air pollution control system. Consequently, proper design, operation and maintenance of  MEDIWASTE incinerators become an essential part of the systems.

• Secondary Chamber : The Secondary Chamber in mainly incorporated with the system for re-burning of emission. The chamber gas residence time shall be at least one second at 1050^oC +/-50^oC.

• Dilution : A fresh air incorporated with the system for dilute of flue gases through a powerful blower.

• Gravity Settling Chamber : The gravity settling chamber is dust & solid collection equipment. Consisting of a chamber in which the gas velocity is reduced to enable dust & solid to settle out by the action of gravity. It is specially design a cylindrical or conical chamber. 

• Wet Scrubber : The wet scrubber unit is specially designed to removal of dispersed from gases. In the conventional air washer the gas is passed through banks of sprays which may be directed downward, Upward, into the gas stream, or with the gas stream. Consisting of the banks of nozzles & water circulation pump. A set of zigzag eliminator is provided.
• Dry scrubber : The dry scrubber is designed for absorption of foul odor. When gases or air are moved through the system, the gases or air will be purified.
• Ducting & I.D. Fan : The Ducting arrangements for flue gases complete with require dampers assembly and I.D. Fan will be provided.
• Chimney : One heavy duty chimney having 30 meter high from ground level to be incorporated along with the system completed with sampling port, platform & ladder, lighting arrester, Bird Cage, Aviation Light.
